AI Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Scope and responsibility
XLIKE provides AI image, AI video, AI music, AI jewelry design and AI action figure design digital services, together with related uploads, editing and sharing features. This policy applies to prompts, uploaded files, reference media, generated outputs and use of those features. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Your uploads and generated content must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights. Obtain all necessary permissions, licenses and informed consent before using another person's photo, likeness, voice, recording, artwork, brand or character. Payment, a subscription, a successful generation or an automated check does not grant these rights or certify commercial clearance.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload, request, generate, edit, publish or distribute the following through XLIKE, or attempt to bypass safeguards to do so:
- Sexual content: pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation, and nude, semi-nude, NSFW or other adult content prohibited by our Terms.
- Child sexual abuse: CSAM and any sexualized depiction, exploitation or sexual content involving minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
- Graphic violence: gore, dismemberment, graphic injury, violent threats or content that glorifies or promotes violent abuse.
- Hate and harassment: hate speech, discriminatory abuse, intimidation, targeted harassment or threats against people or groups.
- Self-harm and dangerous conduct: content encouraging suicide, self-injury or dangerous acts, or instructions facilitating such harm.
- Fraud and deception: scams, phishing, fake endorsements, deceptive commercial claims, forged evidence or content intended to mislead people about identity, authorization or material facts.
- Rights infringement: unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, protected designs, recordings, likenesses or voices. Do not falsely claim ownership, licensing or an official partnership.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: unauthorized face replacement, synthetic impersonation or other deepfakes of real people. Do not present synthetic content as an authentic statement, recording or endorsement by another person.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): intimate or sexual depictions without the person's consent, fabricated intimate images, undressing transformations or threats to create or disclose such content. Consent does not override our prohibition on sexual content.
- Unauthorized voice cloning: cloning, imitating or reusing a real person's identifiable voice without explicit permission covering that use. A voice sample or technical verification alone does not establish authorization.
- Unauthorized public figures and protected characters: using celebrities, public figures, film or television characters, game characters or brand mascots without the necessary rights and permissions. Do not imitate protected packaging or imply endorsement.
Original fictional characters and your own or properly authorized reference media are appropriate alternatives, subject to this policy. Authorization does not excuse fraud, harassment or other prohibited conduct. Do not evade restrictions, misuse accounts, interfere with security systems or repeatedly resubmit blocked content.
3. Our prompt firewall and moderation workflow
We use our own prompt firewall and content moderation workflow. We do not rely solely on third-party model filtering, and we do not use Waffo's Prompt Screening API.
- Before generation: supported generation endpoints apply XLIKE rule-based prompt checks, keyword filtering and risk categorization. A blocked request is rejected before provider submission and credit debit on those endpoints.
- During generation: model providers apply their own safety mechanisms. Where a provider communicates a moderation rejection or safety flag, it may prevent delivery of the result.
- After generation: reports and identified concerns can trigger output review by our support team. We may block, review, restrict or remove risky prompts or outputs, and take account-level action when appropriate.
Coverage varies by feature. Rules do not identify every violation, establish consent or determine ownership; they can also block legitimate requests. We do not claim that every image, video or audio file is automatically inspected, or that every output receives human review before delivery. Generation success does not mean approval under this policy.
4. Reporting a concern
Report content, rights violations, NCII, impersonation or safety concerns to supper@xlike.ai with the subject “XLIKE content report”. This channel is also available through our public policy links; an XLIKE account is not required to report.
Include the relevant XLIKE page or output URL, task or creation ID if known, a description of the concern, the applicable policy category, your contact details and any supporting rights or authorization information you are entitled to provide. For an NCII removal request, identify the affected person and the content location, provide contact information, a physical or electronic signature, and a statement that you believe in good faith the content was shared without consent; a representative may act for the affected person. Give only information necessary to investigate. Do not attach illegal sexual material involving minors or redistribute intimate media; provide a location and description instead.
We assess reports, may request clarification, and may temporarily restrict access while reviewing the relevant content, records and available evidence. We prioritize apparent child exploitation, NCII and credible imminent harm. We may preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required. This mailbox is not an emergency service.
Our handling target is to acknowledge a sufficiently detailed report within 7 business days and provide an initial decision or progress update within 15 business days. These are service targets, not guaranteed deadlines. A shorter deadline required by applicable law takes precedence, including removal of reported NCII and known identical copies within 48 hours of a valid request where the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act applies. Complex cases, missing information or legal requirements may require more time; we will explain delays where practicable.
5. Enforcement and payments
Depending on severity, evidence and repeated conduct, measures may include rejecting generation, deleting or taking down content, limiting access or sharing, suspending features, suspending or banning an account, refusing further service, or cancelling an affected order. We may act urgently before notifying a user where necessary to protect people or comply with law.
Credits or benefits used for a policy violation may not be restored or refunded, as described in the Terms. Refund decisions remain subject to the Terms, the actual billing record and applicable law. This policy does not waive mandatory consumer rights, authorize duplicate charges or prevent correction of billing errors.
6. Appeals
To appeal a block, removal or account restriction, email supper@xlike.ai with the subject “XLIKE AUP appeal”. Include the decision or reference ID, affected URL or task ID, the reason you believe the decision is incorrect, and any relevant permission or licensing evidence.
We review available evidence and may maintain, modify or reverse the decision. The same 7-business-day acknowledgement and 15-business-day initial decision or progress-update targets apply. Restrictions may remain during review. An appeal does not authorize reposting, circumvention or continued prohibited use.
7. Privacy, updates and related policies
Moderation and complaint information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may process the relevant content, report correspondence and limited security records to investigate a concern, respond to appeals and meet legal obligations.
We may update this policy and publish the revision date here. Material changes are communicated as described in the Terms. Read this policy together with the Terms and Privacy Policy; mandatory law and non-waivable rights prevail.
